Complete Ergonomic Workstation Assessment Performed By a WorkStrategies Ergonomic Specialist Using Telehealth Technology

The process begins with a discomfort survey, information regarding ergonomic set up and stretching delivered via email. Upon return of the discomfort survey a PHI compliant platform is used to contact the employee and review the discomfort survey, ergonomic set-up, make adjustments to current workstation, reinforce ergonomic principles and stretching. Any recommendations regarding equipment needed are made in a report provided to a designated employer representative.
